Nelly Furtado spotted in NYC; USA I don’t know what’s wrong with this look but something’s bothering me. I like the peplum top, there’s nothing wrong with that at all but I think I would much more prefer if the skirt wasn’t pleated. I am undecided about the tights and shoes, I think different heels, maybe red would be better.
